I just read the Athletics story on him ( only paid prescription I use) and think we got a very solid LB. Per the story, everyone thinks right away he's only a two down LB, but last year he saw the field alot more in Pagano's nickel situations for a very good bear defense.
He used to be a safety and WR in high school, hit the gym after his coaches wanted him to move to LB. He's a film junkie who is going to be solid for us. As a kid, he came from a blue collar family who not only respects his coaches, but applies what they want done on the field. I can't wait to see what tje numbers look like, but overall happy to see what Mayock just did. The Packers were very high on him too, and apparently had him rated above Shoebert!
