New DC coordinator Pat Graham from NY

I wondered why Carr and company couldn't move the ball vs the Giants last season. At first, I thought this was just jet lag, but I'm going to chalk it up to a damn good D coordinator. This guy is a young Mcvay, but on the defensive side! He led that Giants unit and had them playing all season long even though the offense was shit, and they were constantly on the field. I liked Gis Bradley, but he had a ceiling always in cover 3.

Looks like our new DC already reached out to Maxx Crosby and told him not to listen to all the 3-4 / 4-3 hype. It appears he knows how to put his players in position, and actually teach them how to play multiple fronts at a high level. I heard a rumor that Guenther could not teach for the life of him, and couldn't relate. This guy has a teaching degree from a reputable college and is a young football mind. I couldn't be happier. Go look this guy up man.
So far our GM is killing it.

I've seen one or two videos of his interviews and I'm pretty stoked. I think our players will relate to how down to earth he is.
Besides personality, I think he's proven he can coach at a high level all year long.
