I feel happy for our young studs buying up property in Vegas right now. Josh Jacobs, Carr and Max Crosby have been posting videos of their newly purchased homes in Vegas and I feel extremely happy for them. Jacob's top 3 houses he's looking into are insane! The good thing is the prices are a quarter of what they could buy in the bay area its laughable.

I was looking at the way they set up Trent Brown's contract. Not sure if any of you have seen it, but they basically deferred all his guaranteed bonus money to 2020 when he'd be in NV instead of CA. No state income tax.

Not only is the dude 6'8" and 380lbs and a stud tackle, he's damn smart too.
