I'm not sure I like this, but is he better than Cabinda... hell yeah. He's only 27 or 28 , but has his fair share of penalties and suspensions. Not to mention his knockout hit against Antonio Brown versus Pittsburgh.
He knocked Brown into next week...like he was out cold for a minute or two.

Is he coming to ball and maybe perform and get a contract extension or be just another niggger cancer fuckin up the locker room, butting heads with Gruden and he an after thought. He has ability but pushing the envelope with the rough stuff. All about his on field performance and consistency. Guenther worked with him so there's a camaraderie between them. We need all the defensive help we can find.

I'm sort of torn, I know we need the help and he and Guenther go way back, and are like brothers.
But, I just don't see him bieng the long term answer with his playing style. Gruden hates stupidity and dumbass penalties. The Raiders know full well what it feels like to be targeted for penalties. Burfict will take it to another level and the refs are usually correct when it comes to him.
I just don't see it.
Is he talented...sure, but are we ready to give up 3rd and longs for a stupid needles hit? I hope Gruden is in his ass all training camp and keeping a close eye on his actions.
That said...Raiders may be on herd knocks now lol.

Never know Burfict could be cut out of preseason if they realize they have a lemon or a headcase. Fact is this defense has been garbage for so long we're desperate for anything. What happened to Novarro Bowman anyways.

Nobody ever signed Bowman last year. Not sure why?
He was a liability on 3re downs, but boy can he tackle at the line of scrimmage.

Are we going offense or defense with these 4 picks in the first thirty or so selections. This obviously should be a much better roster starting this season as opposed to last year.KC without Hunt and maybe Tyreek can shift a bit to our favor this season after everything is said and done.

Not what I had in mind for LB help. Not feeling this one. We get enough penalties as it is without this dude.

I don't really care about his behavior to be honest. He's a pretty mean dude but Suh had that rep too.

He's just not the greatest LB. Talented but not great, runs hot and cold from what I've seen. Guenther must have done some fast talking to get this guy in the door past Gruden and Mayock.

Now we're talking to Iloka, another Safety and another dude from CIN.

Burfict was terrible last year. PFF ranks him below Lee, Whitehead and Morrow. WAY down the list of LBs at #83, almost unranked completely.

By contrast they rank Lee as our best at #57.

If Burfict sucked why did we sign this clown? Maybe he gets cut out of preseason. 5 mil for a guy that sucks. We are this desperate on defense. Better hit on D picks in the draft or this will be another swiss cheese defense giving up at least 24 pts per game.
