After talking to Bryant directly, Vic Tafur is saying the whole story of an impending suspension was false.
He chalks it up to off season rumour talk and Bryant confirmed he was in good standing with the league.
I hope this is the end of it , we sure need him to take the top off a defense.
Deadringer, remember the way the Chiefs used to play us when Jacoby Ford was on the field? Teams have to account for his speed, often with safety help!

Wow thats a big break if true. That kid adds a dimension to this offense that is going to give defenses problems.

Jacoby Ford was speedy as hell but one-dimensional.

Bryant is a lot more athletic, can do a lot more in terms of route running, shielding with his body, jumping, etc.

Not to mention he's 6'5". Ford was a tiny little fucker.

Closest thing to Bryant we've had was Moss.

Agreed I like Bryant's size and length and he can run like a deer. You're right we haven't had that since Moss. Too bad Moss half assed most plays when the ball wasn't going to him although we were a joke of an offense in those days with Aaron Brooks and Andrew Walter. We were lucky to get 5 1st downs and 10 points in a given game on offense in those days.
