I knew my shit, but my fan hat took precedence over my realistic view points . I knew the organization was a fuck up but I didn't want to admit it to myself come game day.

You’re a fans. You don’t have to have realistic outlooks if you don’t want to. It’s supposed to be fun. You don’t loose your job if the team sucks and you don’t get a raise if they win. Enjoy it. Reality and fanaticism both have their place. Have fun with whichever you choose or a little of both as I do. To each their own, but I’m not going to spend my time being miserable and hoping we suck so I can be right lol.
