I think a combination of a shithead novice Todd Downing calling the plays, dropped passes and Carr looking indecisive almost scared in the pocket has made this offense just average this year. We're not a running team and it shows aside from Lynch getting some daylight or making 3 yards out of nothing. Todd Downing is the biggest distraction on this team, he's inept. Our other distraction Norton jr was fired. If we beat the NYG and at KC than be tied for the division I'll give the team the benefit of the doubt until than this doesn't look like a playoff team.

I wanted us killed & the Del Rio era killed off but I realize he’s not going anywhere. Meaningless win. Like Dead said, with Cooper knocked stupid & Crabtree suspension our receivers are a joke. If Denver would have comeback against us at home & won it would have been bad for Hack. And Simien definitely would have lit us up if he played all game

Could be, it was evened out without Crab, Coop and Jackson out for basically the whole game for us. What will Elway do in free agency or the draft next year to address their QB ineptitude. I think the Chiefs back up Mahomes will be a good NFL QB in this league.
