Reggie's splendid record after five and a half seasons as GM is 33-56, no division titles, no playoff wins and one playoff appearance in six full seasons after this most likely disappointing season. Only the Raiders would fire a guy who had a top 6 offense. Should have never fired Musgrave he wasn’t the greatest but he had the offense on fire.
