I don't even want to watch this.

Its a motivation video the one I did on Dj hayden back in 2015 got 60 thousand views before I took it down and reuploaded it. If you dont think Dj hayden watched it as hundreds of people tweeted him the video then I dont know what to tell you. The very next year 2016 dj hayden was balling he still got a few flags but he played like a legit corner and guess what I made a highlight video of him. If you put good things on tape you give me something to work with I hope every member of the raiders defense can watch it so they can hear just how fustrated their fans are so they can come out the gate balling and I can make an amazing highlight of it...

OK, I watched some of it and there was a lot of bad play in there, yes. But what was shocking to me was how BADLY Ken Norton is losing these chess matches. He has guys pinning their ears back to get to the QB, literally overrunning and therefore being washed out of rushing plays in a split second.

Watching what the Falcons did to us, they actually used our pass-rush-happiness against us. They'd just let the DEs come in, turn them just a bit and it was over.

Coaching, guys. Play calling and lack of adjustments. We have GOT to get better at that.

Ken Norton jr is fuckin garbage!!! The fact Jack hires a novice DC has affirmative action written all over it. What does a man have to do to lose his job in this league? Norton jr should be embarrased he gets a DC paycheck in this league when he's clueless and worthless.

It's ridiculous that Pagano was brought in to babysit Norton. If he wasn't a spook they would have canned his ass immediately. Pathetic that our D coordinator needs a babysitter

I think the writings on the wall with the Pagano hire regarding Norton jr future here. HE'S WORSEthan Chuck Breshnahan as DC who we hired twice back in the day. Our dee stats speak for themselves since Norton's been here. Carr and Jack know no lead is safe with our defense. Case in point the Colt game which Carr got injured. We were up 31-14 with 10 minutes left, a three possession lead...McGloin would have been put in if we had a competent defense and Carr wouldn't have gotten injured.

We were worst in the league last year in big play pass defense which is 20 yards or more. 38 we gave up, worse than Cleveland!!! The prior two years bottom third in that stat under Norton jr the last two years. Our defense got worst last year. He's been here two years with no improvement only gotten worse. Fired the niggger already!!! Rooney rules at its finest in Oakland.
