Who should we go after? I say D-line is the biggest weakness, not some dumb running back.

Defense all the way. If it's one position we need to splurge it's MLB. I heard POE from KC may be looking for a 1 year deal for now to prove his worth for a big $$$% contract next season. POE has been rushing the passers-by from the DT spot for years now, I've seen him up close, he's frustrated me several times...we need this due and may get him at a good price.

I doubt it...but if we do throw $$$$ at someone I'd love to have an actual thumping LB who can cover with the best of them (Hightower).
Then just see who falls to us in the draft.
AP would be cool, but we need to continue building through the draft with smart finds a draft free agentshipping.
I want POE, Hightower. Could care less for AP, Bennett the TEXAS who reminds me of Roland Williams or Rickey dudley...I'll pass! Dude has a mouth on him also, not Raider type.

BENNETT, RAIDERS REPORTEDLY HAVE MUTUAL INTEREST IN CONTRACT

Free agent tight end Martellus Bennett and the Oakland Raiders have "shown heavy mutual interest in one another," according to Jeff Howe of the Boston Herald.

Bennett, 29, was excellent for the New England Patriots in 2016, catching 55 passes for 701 yards and seven touchdowns. He became the team's top option at tight end after Rob Gronkowski was lost for the season due to injury.

But the Patriots traded a fourth-round pick to the Indianapolis Colts for tight end Dwayne Allen and a sixth-round pick, per Mike Reiss of ESPN, making Bennett expendable in the process.

Bennett could be a nice addition at the right price. Don't know if he blocks but Carr can use a catching tight end aside from backs and receivers that catch the ball.

Forget Aldon. Dumb jig got busted again. He's gone so now we are really fucking thin at LB.
