Check out Derek Carr's timeline on Twitter -- not only has he congratulated former teammates from Fresno who were drafted by other teams, but also took the time to personally congratulate all of the Raiders draft picks -- along with veterans like Tuck, and receivers like Streater and Jones. Not to mention getting a fist-bump from MC Hammer and a congratulatory statement from Paul George.
Seems like a very high character pick. Again, nice work RM.

Also, have been looking for the full length episode (23 min) of Gruden's Camp with Carr -- finally found it on Xfinity on Demand under ESPN. For those of you with cable -- check out this episode (again) - it's worth your time. Very impressive.

Lol, I had a similar thought - though somewhat in reverse - about Manziel -- with Gruden's man-crush on Manziel, drafting him would've opened the door wide for Gruden to come back which meant also opening the door wide for RM/DA's exit, so no way was RM going to open that door.
